Vineyard
Schist soils. Touriga Nacional from granite soils, from 15 year old vines at Quinta do Menir (600m). Touriga Franca from schist soils from vineyards with 40 years from Quinta do Cabido. Varietal blend from a 40 year-old vineyard at Quinta Nova.
Vinification
Hand picked grapes into small boxes. Soft pressing in pneumatic press. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature of 18ºC.
Aging
Stainless steel vats.
