This full-bodied red wine is made with Alicante Bouschet grapes, carefully destemmed but not crushed and left for cold maceration. Fermentation takes place at 24ºC, followed by malolactic fermentation in barrels. It then undergoes 9 months of aging. It has a deep violet colour and aroma of black and red fruits, like plum, mixed with light vegetable, spices, coffee and mocha notes from its barrel aging. Perfect for accompanying red meats, barbecue and strong cheeses, it should be served at a temperature of 16ºC. Contains sulphites.
