The fermentation is then conducted with a controlled temperature of 24ºC, followed by a malolactic fermentation in barrels and 9 months aging. The final product is a ruby-coloured wine with aromas of red fruit, light vegetables, vanilla and coffee. It has a warm and elegant taste that lingers on the palate. Best served at 16ºC, it pairs well with white meats, pasta and mild cheese. Contains sulphites.
