Quinta de la Rosa White Port is made in the traditional way in our granite presses, the grapes are lightly trodden to give their distinctive golden colour, before the must ferments and fortifies in the 7 Beaume. The White Port is then stored in small wooden barrels and matured in our own lodge in La Rosa. White Port is made from La Rosa stocks and has an average age of 2-3 years. Unlike most port shippers, all products are stored and bottled in the Douro (in La Rosa and not in Porto), allowing full traceability and guaranteeing the quality from grape to bottle.
