On the nose it is a very aromatic Port where fruity and spicy traces can be felt on the palate, as well as complex traces of dark chocolate and cherry liqueur. Quinta de La Rosa LBV 2010 is a very balanced and very elegant Port that has an excellent acidity that acts on residual sugar resulting in a very powerful LBV.

Winemaking

The crushing of LBV's from Quinta de La Rosa is done in the traditional way, with the feet and they age in wooden barrels, they keep 4-6 years before bottling. This Port has not been filtered and may have a slight deposit but does not require decanting. It is an excellent LBV to accompany desserts, especially chocolates, cheeses or even to drink alone.
