A family favorite - named after the famous 'Tonel 12' in which the family used to store their very aged tawnies.
Winemaking
Every year, a small quantity of high quality Port wine (trodden by foot in granite vats) is selected to age in 550 liter oak casks reserved for the production of special categories tawny Port (harvest, 10 years, 20 years or 30 years). Aged in old 550l oak barrels for an average period of 10 years.
