A unique wine since its creation. Jaen comes from vineyards in Seia. MOB Jaen, unlike Alfrocheiro, is a wine with a more robust stance, a very marked ripe fruit aroma, with cherry notes, an intense color and round balanced tannins and a very good persistence on the finish. Moreira Olazabal & Borges offers us this MOB Jaen a wine made in the Dão region. This project was born from the will of three winemakers (Jorge Moreira, Francisco Olazabal and Jorge Serôdio Borges) to make a wine together. The region chosen was the Dão, for which they have a common admiration that was born when they tasted older wines, from the 60's and 70's, which surprised them by their elegance and freshness. The identity and complexity of these wines is indeed remarkable and served as an element of inspiration for the production of MOB wines.
