Vinification 

This wine comes from Seia vineyards, vinified in cement presses with foot treading and in stainless steel tanks. It aged for 12 months in oak barrels, 20% of which new. As Dão is the terroir par excellence for Touriga Nacional, it is in the foothills of Serra da Estrela that this variety finds perfect conditions for maturation. It is without a doubt our most complete and complex varietal wine, which is still in its infancy, and has a long life ahead of it.
