Gamito. One word denominates this monovarietal wine of the Estate to which it owes its namesake. It is beyond the Tagus River, from a noble cradle, which rests between soft valleys and a caring sun, where this wine is born.

Winemaking

Manual harvest, followed by selection at the choosing table and entry into the fermentation tanks by gravity. Fermentation is done in troncoconic stainless steel containers with temperature control, followed by aging in French oak barrels during one year.
