Gamito Branco

Gamito. One word designates the first white varietal wine of the estate. Beyond the Tagus River, resting within soft valleys and protected by a nurturing sun, is where this wine is born from the Verdelho varietal. It’s a varietal, which adapts very well to granite soil, leading to a distinguished wine. 

Winemaking

Manual harvest, followed by selection at the choosing table. Soft pressing by a pneumatic press. Fermentation in Inox at 16ºC.
