Piteira Red Reserve
This wine is produced with the best grapes of Trincadeira, Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, Moreto and Alfrocheiro from each harvest, produced in modern vineyards on the Left Bank of the Guadiana. It aged in French oak barrels for six months in order to gain some aromatic refinement but without compromising the character that the grape varieties and the region embody.
Vinification and Aging
Mechanical treading, fermentation in 8-ton vats with complete tanning. Aged in French oak for 6 months.
