Life is about evolving. Wine is a great metaphor for life. It is born, nurtured, it matures, reaches a prime, and eventually dies. If it reached some level of greatness it will be remembered. If not, it will be forgotten. Subsequent generations follow, hopefully better than the previous. Herdade do Gamito is such a case. Descending from previous great vintages, this is our best vintage yet. Therefore, we have taken an extra special care with this magnificent year, shaping it to its full potential.
