Produced from traditional grape varieties from the Douro Demarcated Region and from the highest areas to ensure its freshness. The aging in French oak gives it complexity and structure.

Vinification of the plots separately and fermentation in barrels.

Aging

Aged for 9 months in new barrels with a capacity of 300 liters, with ''bâtonnage'' from the fine lees.
