Color: Golden yellow Aroma: Yellow fruit, raisin, orange peel and resin Palate: Fresh balance in acidity and tannin, with notes of pine and yellow fruit. Enveloping and with a crunchy, dry and long finish.
Winemaking
Pellicular maceration for 1 month. Fermentation in used barrels.
Aging
In old French oak barrels with a capacity of 300 liters for 8 months, with bâtonnage of fine lees.
