Produced from a blend of Gouveio and Rabigato from the Douro Superior, aged in 2nd year French oak barrels for 10 months, resulting in a very fresh wine, with saline nuances and well-defined and balanced acidity.
Straw yellow color, citric aromas, light vegetable and saline nuances. Precise palate, with well-defined and balanced acidity.
Winemaking
Whole bunch pressing, partial fermentation in stainless steel and used barrel.
Aging
In used French oak barrels with a capacity of 300 liters for 10 months, with bâtonnage of the fine lees.
