A blended red wine, for daily consumption, with traditional Douro grape varieties. Fresh, fruity, with a modern profile and ready to be drunk while young. The 2018 viticultural year was anomalous in terms of climate with a cold and dry winter, a cold and rainy spring, and a summer that in a first phase was cold and rainy having been, in a second phase, excessively hot and dry. The climatic instability greatly affected production favoring the appearance of mildew in June and July and the scalding and dehydration of the grapes in August. All in all, 2018 allowed to obtain fresh and balanced whites as well as concentrated, fresh and aromatic reds.

Vinification

Reception of grapes with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation is done in granite presses and stainless steel vats at a temperature around 26ºC and 28ºC. The maceration is measured, allowing the production of elegant and smooth wines.
