This white wine from Portugal has a blend of Encruzado, Bical, and Cerceal Branco grapes, fermented exclusively with indigenous yeasts. 60% of the grapes were fermented in new 2,500L French oak vats, while 30% was fermented in 500L French oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel vats. Aged for 11 months on fine lees and 10 months in stainless steel, this wine has delicate aromas of citrus and white stone fruits. On the palate, it has striking acidity and minerality, with notes of compote citruses and well-integrated wood. Serve at 14ºC and pair with octopus rice or spicy curry dishes.
