This wine is made only with Jaen grapes fermented with indigenous yeasts in cement vats and aged in cement and French oak. It has an open red colour with mineral and earthy character, light pepper and delicate fruit. The wine offers elegant tannins, granitic minerality and long and precise acidity. Store bottles in an airy and dark place at 12-13°C and serve at 15-17°C. It pairs well with meat dishes, game, sausages, strong cheeses and fatty fish. It has 18 points in Revista de Vinhos and contains sulfites.
Textura da Estrela Jaen Red is a remarkable red wine created using only indigenous yeasts in cement vats. 35% of the entire batch was fermented for 30 days before being transferred to a French oak vat for aging for a further 6 months. The result is a naturally stabilized wine with a unique flavor profile and a long and precise acidity.

Textura da Estrela Jaen Red should be stored horizontally in a cool, dark place, between 12 and 13°C. When serving, the ideal temperature is 15 to 17°C, allowing the full flavor profile to be experienced.
