Our white wine is the result of a project by two people, between Filipa Pato and her husband, by the will of making a wine that expresses the full potential of the exceptional terroir of Óis do Bairro. This village is recognized since the 19th century for its high capacity to create white wines.
Vinification
Fermentation in 500l barrels with temperature control below 18ºC. Batonage twice a month until February, bottled in May.
