"3B Blanc de Blancs" is a unique traditional method with low pressure and delicate effervescence for great moments. A wine from a singular site of incomparable purity, blended in the centuries-old tradition with a rigorous selection of grapes.

Vinification

The grapes after being hand picked are gently pressed in a vacuum press. After a slight decantation the must ferments with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats at a temperature below 16ºC.
