Vinification

The grapes are carefully selected in the vineyard and are crushed by foot treading in wine presses. After a few days of treading the wine begins fermentation naturally, continuing with regular treading the fermentation is stopped with the addition of brandy, also made with wine from berries. It ages in old barrels for 2 years and after bottling can age for at least 15 years.
