Brilliant straw yellow color with greenish edge, good viscosity. In the nose it reminds of pear with some hints of iodine and a certain spiciness. The mouth is refined, creamy, relatively smooth and has minerality present, a kind of salinity due to the typical Atlantic climate. The mid palate is fruity and the aftertaste is dry and refreshing, with a persistent acidity.
