The nobility of the Tinta Roriz variety, selected from the oldest vines on the Quinta, associated with the soil and the micro-climate, gave this wine personality and unique character. This quality wine is not filtered or cold stabilized, so it is recommended to serve with care as it can create sediment.
Vinification
100% destemmed. Vinified in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Aged 4 months in new French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
