This Port is characterized by the balance between freshness and alcohol. It is a wine that allows you to increase the varietal character of the grapes that were vinified, enhancing the aromas and acidity of the wine. On tasting it is straw white in color, fruity aroma and very soft, fresh and concentrated in the mouth. It is a great aperitif, served chilled or in various cocktails, including Porto Tonic.

Total destemming and fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Stage: 5 months in stainless steel vats and 2 months in bottle.
