From the wines produced annually in foot-treading mills and in vats with automatic pumping over and temperature control, we select those that have the proper character for aging in casks and barrels. Port wines from three harvests are always selected so that blending results in a wine with fruit, complexity in the mouth and harmony. Port wine is a natural product, subject to deposits with age. It is recommended to serve carefully so as not to cloud it.

Vinification

50% destemming, fermentation in stainless steel vats with automatic pumping over and temperature control. Ageing: 12 months in stainless steel vats, 26 months in oak barrels, 6 months in French oak barrels and 3 months in bottle.
