In the mouth it is fresh, with a present and balanced acidity. Fine and complex, with a good fruit character, an excellent balance between alcohol, fruit and acidity, and a very fine and long finish.

Vinification
Grapes harvested by variety and vineyard in 20kg boxes and placed in cold storage at 5/6°C. After being totally destemmed, they are crushed. The must was subtly pressed and decanted until it reached the required limpidity. Fermented at 14/16°C in vats for 3 weeks in order to enhance the primary aromas. The wine underwent a fining process before bottling.
