Carrocel
Spinning the senses, Carousel is a wine elaborated only in years when the fruit reaches a very high quality. Made 100% from Touriga Nacional, the fermentation in lagar, where the grapes rotate from lagar to lagar and the temperature "refreshes" the fermentation, produces a fresh, balanced and exuberant wine, where the grape variety shows all its potential.
Vinification
The grapes were vinified in stainless steel vats, with total maceration for up to 12 days. Malolactic fermentation and aging was done in wooden barrels (400L) with 2/3 years of use, for 30 months.
