It then goes through a 24 hour cold maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 23ºC. It has an intense ruby colour, along with a fragrant aroma of red fruits and spices. The taste is fruity and acidic, with round tannins. Best stored and served at 15°C and 16°C to 18ºC respectively, it pairs best with red meats, roast beef, and grilled meats. Contains sulphites.
Cabeça D´Velho Red 2019 is a Portuguese wine crafted with precision and care.
