Jaume Serra Cava Brut is produced using traditional techniques, by means of a second fermentation wich takes place in the bottle. Proceeding form the combination of wines from tradicional white varieties: Macabeo, Xare.lo, Parellada. Pale yellow colour with green hues. Bright with abundant small bubbles. Good aromatic intensity. Clean, fresh and fruity. Silky on entry, vivacious and balanced.
