Coming from the sub-region Cima Corgo, these vineyards are planted on the plateau of Alijó with sun exposure North - South.

Vinification

After a rigorous manual selection of grapes on the picking belt and destemming, a pre-fermentative pellicular maceration was carried out, followed by a light pressing of the grapes. Careful fermentation of the must in "bica aberta" at controlled temperature for almost 1 month in stainless steel vats.
