In the sub-region of Baixo Corgo, is our Quinta da Lameira with 25 year-old vines planted on old patamares of south-east exposure.

Vinification

Rigorous manual choice of grapes on the mat at the entrance of the winery and total destemming. Pre-fermentative pelicular maceration, followed by light pressing of the grapes with separation of musts by potentiometric. Careful fermentation in "bica aberta" at controlled temperature for almost a month in stainless steel tanks.
