Vinification
After a careful selection of grapes, the grapes are gently crushed and totally destemmed. It is followed by alcoholic fermentation with pellicular maceration.
Aging
Aged in new and used French oak barrels for 16 months. The wine is not filtered or stabilized by cold in order to respect all its elements.
