Tasting reveals a subtle and rich aromatic palette. The intensity in the mouth is balanced by a creamy, melting mousse. Pairings with poultry, pasta with white truffles or aged parmesan will be very appropriate.

The domain is run by the sister and brother team of Anne and Antoine Malassagne. For over 20 years, guided by their convictions, they have shaped the wines of Champagne AR Lenoble. By deciding not to accept tempting takeover bids along the way that might have allowed easier and faster development prospects, they have managed to preserve their freedom. This cherished independence is a guarantee of quality, allowing them to constantly seek to do better and better, without having to manage demands for immediate returns on investment or the whims of shareholders.

The 18 vineyard houses belonging to the house are located on the most beautiful Champagne hillsides. In Chouilly, one of the 6 Grand Cru villages located on the Côte des Blancs.

In Bisseuil, a Premier Cru village located in the Montagne de Reims. In Damery, a village in the Marne Valley known for its exceptional meunier. We also work with a handful of producers in the Epernay region to complete the palette of wines used to make the AR Lenoble champagnes.

On the assumption that a good wine comes first and foremost from the best grapes, Anne and Antoine attach particular importance to their work in the vineyards. In a wet and cold climate represented by their location just north of Champagne, they have adopted a sustainable approach that promotes biodiversity and soil life.

Rows of vines are planted with grass between them to reduce yields, plowing ensures that plant roots go deep into the chalk, and the soil is aerated to develop the nutrients needed for the perfect development of grape clusters.

Since 2012, AR Lenoble's vineyards have been HVE (High Environmental Value) certified. Beehives were introduced in the domain's vineyards almost a decade ago, a testimony to our commitment to biodiversity.
