Champagne made from the Pinot Noir de Bisseuil Premier Cru grape variety from the Montagne de Reims, 2013 harvest.

Tasting:

The nose is rich with dried fruits and yellow fruits with some toasted notes. The mouth is ample, fruity passing from red fruits to dried fruits with a subtle smoky touch. The finish is long, precise, taut, and saline to whet the appetite.

Agreements :

This Champagne will ideally accompany all starters or dishes based on white meats such as a nice veal chop or a simple pork pie. It is also a good match for more elaborate dishes such as pigeon and pan-fried mushrooms or veal sweetbreads with capers.
