Winemaking
Reception of the grapes in the cellar in boxes of 24 kg. Manual selection followed by destemming and skin maceration. The must fermented for about a year in wood. Stabilization and bottling. No animal derivatives are used in the process, making this wine suitable for vegan consumers. Special care was taken in winemaking, minimizing any intervention, with the aim of producing a wine that clearly expresses the particularities of the grapes and the terroir.
Quinta de Santa Teresa Rosé
Produced from the vineyards of Touriga Nacional and Vinhão, which are located in the upper reaches of Quinta de Santa Teresa, above 350m in altitude. To vinify this rosé, we use tear must, with part of the wine aging in wood. Quinta de Santa Teresa Rosé intends to be a first class rosé, gastronomic and with aging potential.
