Process Reception of the grapes in the cellar in boxes of 24 kg. Manual selection followed by destemming, skin maceration and gentle pneumatic pressing. The must fermented in French oak barrels, having aged in it for about a year. Stabilization and bottling. It is a wine suitable for Vegan consumers, since all the vinification was carried out without the incorporation of any animal additive or anything other than a small dose of sulphites.

Esculpido

The name Sculpted came from the impressive image of some old vines, authentic living sculptures, polished and refined by the passage of time. “Esculpido” is a wine produced with the grapes of these same inside out vines, existing in Quinta de Santa Teresa. Most of these vineyards are located above the average elevation of the property, between 190 and 300 meters in altitude. This wine intends to do justice to the great quality of the grapes of these vineyards, being produced in an organic way and using traditional methods.
