The Textura da Estrela Vinha Negrosa Red is a unique blend of Jaen and Alfrocheiro varieties, each of which undergoes a vinification and aging process individually before being blended into a bottle. This red wine is fermented in oak vats with 40% of the whole bunch and gets around 20 days of maceration after fermentation.
