Winemaking, Texture Pura Red is a distinct red wine produced using Alfrocheiro, Tinto Cão, and Tinta Pinheira grapes. It has delicate aromas of fresh red fruits, such as cherry and blackcurrant, some spices and aromas of forest. In the mouth, it has remarkable acidity and minerality, very fine tannins. It is refined and pure, with the fruit always present and a long, complex finish. Perfect to pair with lamb, veal or octopus roasts, it should be served between 16-18°C. Contains sulphites.
The Textura Pura Red is a remarkable red wine from Portugal, produced with a unique combination of grape varieties such as Alfrocheiro, Tinto Cão, and Tinta Pinheira. Its winemaking process starts with fermentation in a used French oak vat with only indigenous yeasts, followed by post-fermentative maceration for 30 days. The wine is then aged for 16 months in a used French oak cask of 3,000L and in used French oak casks of 225L.

In the mouth, it has remarkable acidity, minerality, and very fine tannins. The taste is refined and pure, with the fruit always present, leaving a very long and complex finish.
The Textura Pura Red should be served between 16ºC and 18ºC in order to get the best out of its flavors. It pairs well with lamb, veal or octopus roasts, making a perfect match to an exquisite dinner.
The Textura Pura Red contains sulphites.
