This Carignan wine is made with grapes that have been cooled to 12ºC before vinification. Fermentation and aging take place in marble presses and stainless steel vats respectively. The finished product features a beautiful open ruby colour, delicate and fragrant aromas of cherry, raspberry, wild strawberries, pine needles and resin. The mouth is full of red fruit, light and balanced with fine acidity. Elegant and refreshing, it is best served between 17ºC-18ºC. Perfect for roasts and stews, it must be kept in a horizontal position and contains sulphites.
Mamoré Sem Amarras Carignan Red 2020 is a special, flavorful wine created with care and expertise. The grapes used to craft this exquisite wine are cooled in a refrigerator to 12ºC before the pre-fermentation maceration and fermentation process in marble presses. The grapes are then foot-trodden at a controlled temperature before the aging process begins. This wine is aged for six months in stainless steel vats and five months in bottles, resulting in a complex flavor that is sure to please.
