The blend of Demi-Sec is identical to the Brut Reserve however, the dosage is greater. It maintains the same finesse and elegance as this cuvée but with a greater dosage. It is full-flavoured and is a reference for its perfect balance between sugar, alcohol, and acidity.

This unique Blanc de Noirs cuvée bears the name of the Patron Saint of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. This Clos of one hectare meets strict standards: a single, unbroken, and enclosed plot with a complete vinification installation in situ. This single varietal of incredible typicity has all the qualities of an exceptional wine of great depth and singularity, to be kept for long-term aging.

This wine, with an extra brut dosage, is dominated by great Pinot Noir flavours which is tempered by the elegance of the Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and that signature touch of Meunier.

Our third stop takes in the three historic terroirs of Leuvrigny, Damery, and Venteuil, where the Pinot Meunier varietal gives wine from this region its distinctive identity. A careful selection process based on the purity of the fruit and the balance of flavors in order to define a style even closer to low dosage.

Sixty-year-old vines on a single plot have produced this tight, taut wine that is one of a series of single-vineyard wines. It has great richness to balance the acidity and fresh citrus and kiwifruit flavors that are still present in this ever young Champagne.

One of a series of single-vineyard wines, this 100% Chardonnay comes from the Côte des Blancs. The strong minerality of the Champagne is richly balanced by the concentrated citrus and toast flavors. Acidity has been softened and beautifully integrated by the wine's maturity. 

Presents citrus jam, dried flowers, dairy, brioche, toasty, oxidative notes. Medium to full body, good volume, medium/high acidity, high intensity, and persistence.

This cuvée should awaken the taste buds without assaulting them (hence the importance of reserve wines kept in bottle), flattered by its fruity and very fresh side. The pure finish leaves the palate "very clean" and invites consumption.

A blend of 93% Chardonnay with 7% Pinot Noir red wine. Hints of red fruit (pomelo, strawberry and redcurrant aromas). Very elegant rosé, ideal as an aperitif.

Pale lemony color with high intensity and developing nose. Aromas and flavors of ripe fruits, citrus, peach, apricot, apple, toast, brioche, biscuit, yeast, and nuts. Dry with high acidity, medium body, medium - intensity, medium alcohol, and long aftertaste.

Well balanced and quite complex. It has a pale lemon color, pronounced on the nose with a smell of butter biscuit yeast brioche apple citrus bruised apple. Dry, medium - body and high acidity with a creamy mousse. Taste of citrus butter toast brioche yeast biscuit yellow apple apricot. 

It presents notes of pear, mandarin oil, elderflower, smoke, and honeycomb. Medium to full-bodied, elegantly fleshy and precise, with a perfumed core of fruit, lively acids, and a pearly mousse, it's beautifully seamless and elegant.

Precise zingy acidity gives a good overall balance and ends by highlighting a fine minerality and a peculiar note of candied cedar.
