It presents a tensile-focused aromatic display with cranberries, apples, apricots, orange peel, lemon oil, hazelnuts, smokey nuances, warm spices, and crushed chalk. A chiseled vertical Champagne with medium and with structure, very dry, full of tart spicy red fruits with green apples, and apricots. It opens up on the spicy citrus-infused mid-palate where chalky nuances burst and linger into the long spicy and saline finish.

Shipping policy
Old vines of Meunier are planted on a gentle north-eastern slope in Troissy. Leeched clay soil (very little sandstone remaining). Very small yields.
The wines are fully aged on the lees, in 200L, 300L, and 500L barrels, and clarified by natural settling, without filtration or fining.
Each Harvest is different and has an impact on the quality and style of the wines. To avoid this vintage effect, we have developed a Perpetual Reserve for each of our single vineyard wines, since 2013. Each plot's Reserve has gained balance over time, with a distinctive renewal proportion. It may vary from 50 to 30% depending on the parcel.
