From the first hectares located exclusively in Cuis until 1950, to the 29,40 hectares of vineyards, we have today, all our vineyard parcels were chosen and acquired on the beautiful slopes classified 1st and grand crus of the Côte des Blancs.

This envied Côte des Blancs vineyard, to this day with approximately 13 hectares of grand crus and 16 hectares of 1er crus, guarantees 100% of our supply, as we do not buy any grapes. This is where Pierre Gimonnet & Fils put down roots more than two centuries ago. And it is always in these soils that it seeks to develop its vines.

Because for us, this "great white" terroir, a true masterpiece of Nature, has a strong identity and represents the soul of our Champagnes...
