Flor de Lis Sparkling Rose presents red berries aroma. On the palate, it is fresh and fruity, with its aroma flavour. Furthermore, it is pleasant and with a great volume and elegant mousse.

Pale yellow colour. On the palate, it is fruity, with evident floral notes. It is also sparkling, easy to drink and medium sweet.

It presents a citrus color. In the mouth it has a fine and persistent bubble, releasing a fresh and delicate scent. The palate reveals light and complex flavors of fruit and dried flowers with a nice tang of crisp acidity, leaving in the mouth a delicate and prolonged flavor. A brioche note with a soft and well balanced mousse that is persistent and delicious.

Soalheiro Sparkling Brut Rosé is a light and fresh wine, perfect to be enjoyed as an aperitif or to toast with friends. It goes well with light dishes, such as salads, seafood, sushi and pairs beautifully with mild flavored cheeses.

This wine has an intense yellow color and has fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose it reveals essentially tertiary vanilla aromas resulting from aging in barrels. In the mouth, it has a good balance between acidity and alcohol and reveals a creamy texture. The flavors are complex, very elegant and persistent.

This unique Blanc de Noirs cuvée bears the name of the Patron Saint of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. This Clos of one hectare meets strict standards: a single, unbroken, and enclosed plot with a complete vinification installation in situ. One of a series of single-vineyard wines, this 100% Chardonnay comes from the Côte des Blancs. The strong minerality of the Champagne is richly balanced by the concentrated citrus and toast flavors. Acidity has been softened and beautifully integrated by the wine's maturity. 

Presents citrus jam, dried flowers, dairy, brioche, toasty, oxidative notes. Medium to full body, good volume, medium/high acidity, high intensity, and persistence.
