This Moreto varietal is from a single plot in a 50-year-old dryland vineyard planted in clay and limestone soil. It was made with indigenous yeasts and vinified in two clay pots of 1200 kilos, reflecting the character of the vine and the winemaking process in its aroma and flavour. Fresh and balanced, this red is an excellent pairing for black pork dishes and mushrooms. Serve it at 16 º C and enjoy the 18,5 and 17,5 points it received from Vinho Grandes Escolhas and Revista de Vinhos. Allergens: contains sulphites.

This red wine pairs well with black pork dishes, grilled or stewed. It is also the perfect companion for mushroom risotto or tagliatelle with truffles.
