The Mamoré Sem Amarras TA39 Red 2019 is an exceptional wine with a rich and complex flavour. This carefully crafted wine is made with Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet grapes, cooled in a refrigerator to 12ºC before being vinified. It is then pre-fermented and macerated in marble presses with foot treading at a controlled temperature before it is aged in a traditional clay carving nº39 for 15 months.
This full-bodied wine has a subtle yet deep aroma, with notes of moist earth, mushrooms, pink pepper, and macerated berries. The perfect balance between body, tannin, and acidity creates a light vegetable bitterness that gives the wine a great deal of vigour. The finish is fresh, persistent, and full of character.
This wine is best served at 17ºC-18ºC and should be stored horizontally. It goes great with roasts and stews and can also be enjoyed on its own.
