The wines produced on the farm are, depending on the years, Vinha do Fojo or Fojo. Always and exclusively from the same vineyard, an old vineyard with mixed varieties. They are wines of great longevity produced in the traditional way, in foot-treading presses. We work with total respect for the vineyard and its fruit, without oenological practices that manipulate the final result and distance the wine from its origin: the vineyard.
