This Portuguese Port is a Vintage Port from the Pinhão Valley, produced by a family who has been making wine since the 19th century. It is made from Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Franca grapes. The wine is dark purple and has a fresh and attractive aroma of violets, plum, and raspberry. It is velvety, with serious and powerful tannins and fine acidity. It should be served between 17º and 18º C and is ideal for after-meal drinks, like cheese. It has been reviewed with 96 points in Robert Parker, 94 points in Wine Enthusiast Magazine, and 18 points in Vinho Grandes Escolhas.
This Vintage Port is produced by Quinta do Portal with the finest Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca grapes.
This vintage port is carefully produced by maceration in stainless steel “Lagares” and vats with temperature control at 28-30ºC. After one year of aging in old barrels, the Quinta do Portal Quinta dos Muros Vintage Port 2017 is bottled and ready for sale two years after picking.

This special port should be opened two hours before serving and decanted. Serve it between 17º and 18º C. To preserve its flavor and aromas, store the bottle on its side, in a cool dry and dark place.
