Dois Corvos is a dynamic and innovative craft brewery based in Lisbon, Portugal, founded in 2015 by Susana Cascais and Scott Steffens. The brewery produces a wide range of beer styles and averages 3-4 new releases per month. Their lineup includes refreshing lagers and pilsners, hop-forward IPAs, dark and malty beers like imperial stouts and barleywines, as well as wild and sour beers crafted with unique fermentations.

The brewery started with an 800-liter brewing system designed by the founders themselves. Initially, the plan was to produce about 100 batches on this equipment, but they ended up brewing more than 300. They later upgraded their fermentation capacity with 2000L and 4000L fermenters and in 2017, moved to a more sophisticated ABE Brewhouse. In 2019, they relocated to a 1700-square-meter facility with modern equipment, including 10 fermenters with a 6000L capacity each.

One of Dois Corvos' core values is independence, operating free from any corporate limitations. Their unofficial mission is to promote and advance the craft beer culture in Portugal. They have received accolades both nationally and internationally and are proud of their commitment to continuous learning and growth in the craft beer community.

Dois Corvos also has an extensive barrel-aging program, boasting one of the most extensive collections in Europe with over 350 used barrels from various sources like Porto, Moscatel, Bourbon, and even a 120-year-old talha (large clay vessel). This program has attracted international attention to the brewery and the craft beer scene in Portugal.
