In the purest tradition of the domain, this "œil de Perdrix" cuvée (color obtained by blending) is presented in a very pale color, marked by a majority presence of Meunier, the main grape variety of the Marne Valley and also the identifying grape variety of our own vineyard.
Through this cuvée, our will is to present a fresh Champagne, "on the fruit". Maturation 15 to 25 months in bottle.
The dates of bottling (cellaring) and disgorging are indicated on the back label of each bottle. The base year of the blend is the one that preceded the date of cellaring.
