Somontes Encruzado White 2021 is a fine white wine crafted with a careful winemaking process. It results from a careful maceration, pre-fermentation and fermentation in used barrels and bâtonnage. It then ages for six months on its lees, resulting in a full-bodied and complex wine with great structure and vibrant acidity.
